Mukuru money transfer is a JOKE
Most *********** bunch of unprofessional people. Most disgraceful and appalling service for a client bringing them genuine business. I do not and will not recommend Mukuru money transfer to anyone even my worst enemy. Thank you.

17 Feb 2025, 16:27Just had a call from an *********** Felicity Molefe. Not good, clearly automated responses to my personal situation. Worst business customer services blueprint ever by Mukuru. Still my issue does not resolve even after sending so many email recipients at Mukuru about my issue, I have asked their manager to reach out to me. Hope they have the decency to do so. Well good luck to me then, a loyal customer of so many years.
