Mukuru Money Exchange needs my voice.
Our daily lives are now super controlled by technology which enhance a quicker response to our needs. Mukuru money exchange platform is one of such a great innovation which has comes to help those in need on a daily basis. As much as I can't rate their service as superb, I feel it is still my duty to get efficiency from them. If Mukuru can get their reaction time to sort requests such creating a new 4 digit pin, where their process frustrates us as clients, I can tell you this business will flourish threefold. May my request to improve on the IT side of this business reach the CEO please. I still love and forced to love using the Mukuru service but the challenge involving resolving the minor issues like recreating a 4 digit pin leaves a sour taste. Our families are scattered all over the world and this innovation is great, let's all perfect it.
