MUKURU KEMPTON PARK BRANCH: THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I wish there is a way I could have put a half star on the rating because Mukuru Kempton Park branch does not deserve that full star. Their working hours are 8 to 16h30, I got there at 3pm, joined the queue but the security guy told me the lady in front of me was going to be the last person to be served. He even gave her a tag that says "closed." And for sure she was the last person to be served. She was served at around 15h30 and no-one was served after that. By that time, the line behind me had grown. We stood in the queue with hope of service but no, the doors were even locked while we looked and watched. The other girl who works there was even looking outside and dying of laughter, I guess the misery, distress and disappointment on our faces looked very funny. Some people in the queue highlighted that this has been their daily bread for the past 4 days. This is the servive that Mukuru Kempton Park is giving to the people. I have always used the 2 Mukurus in Pretoria Bosman and I have received the best of service there. With Kempton Park however, the service is terrible, for lack of a better word really. The personell there are *********** and inconsiderate. Even when you google Mukuru Kempton Park, there are bad reviews there. Please fix this before it gets out of hand. Treat your customers with respect, please.
