mukuru groceries does not help anyone

the whole issue its money reversal and the reason I took the option was because of the 2-3 days reversal and finally 3 days later they again telling me about another 5 days, what is next when I call again 14 days? I have made calls worth R200 trying to reverse 489.00 and each time you call you have to all over again explain eventually when you done explaining they again tell you their supervisor will call you back you cant hold????
