The worst financial institution you can ever receive money from. #1 they don't have any customer care services #2they don't have proper info center they basically don't have information about the branchs #3they don't have proper opening and closing time #4very ***** bank #5 they don't have phone at the branches to call for info #6 my worst encounter was the branch in braamfontin johannesburg very rude, very unprofessional they would rather chat away with each other than to help customers DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE FOR ALL YOUR MONEY WILL DISAPPEAR THERE'S NO TRANSPERANCY
