Mukuru easy money transfer

I sent money on the 19th September 2020 to Kenya using mukuru unfortunately the money never reached the recipients despite calling mukuru for the past one week I have been taken from pillar to post.The money was to buy medication for my relative who's critically ill.Please assist me.
