Mukuru doesn't care

I send money to someone in Nigeria and the person didn't get it.Called Mukuru asking how only to be told that I chose a wrong option of sending the money so between the given options which are either sending through a bank account or mobile money which is the one I chose. I was told that when you make a mistake with money going to Nigeria it's done you can never get it back. Is this really fair. Who took my money and who should retrieve that money for. Does that mistake cost R3900 really. I am so grieved. I want my money to be sent back to me.
