Kempton park Mukuru Branch has one of the worst services ever

Mukuru Kempton Park branch offers some of the worst services I have seen in my life. A manager by the name Zinhle Masemora has no customer care s****s, is extremely rude and acts like her father owns the company. In a time where there is a pandemic crisis I was sent back from collecting my money because my middle name was not indicated. I came back 3 hours later having to hire a private taxi because travelling from my neighborhood in Midrand to there only to be told it has not reflected even though I had full documentation showing that the middle name had been added. I was made to wait hours before being assisted at a point being told that I have to modify my phone number by removing a zero at the beginning. Bear in mind I have used their services numerous times without any incident. Only when I met this manager was I made to face such ridiculous and extremely annoying and humiliating circumstances. She was rude and dismissive throughout. Whoever appointed her as a manager at the Kempton Park job did Mukuru customers a great disservice
