I transferred money through Mukuru to someone in Kenya and due to the unforeseen circumstances that person was unable to collect the money and I cancelled the order and I was supposed to get my refund then they said it will take 5 days, After 5 days when I asked about my refund they keep on saying that the finance department will get back to me and their finance department says the money will reflect in 2 days and I will wait two days and not get my refund and I will ask the same question again and they keep on saying that every time even now I have not yet received my refund and it was canceled on 10 of June.
