The customer service team is *********** and disrespectful. It took them 3 days, 23 calls, and several messages on multiple platforms to complete an "instant" transaction. Had to send proof of payment 6 times, and this cost us an important client and more. Vimbai, John, Memory gave us the runaround requesting the same information repeatedly while offering no help.

Rutendo was very courteous and helpful though!
