I received outstanding excellent customer service from Mr Shepherd
I received outstanding excellent customer service from Mr Shepherd. The department of Funeral Policy Team is full of nonsense, and their service is very poor. It will be good to take them for training on how to handle customers. I will rate Shepherd four stars.
