I had trouble redeeming a voucher into my card and, after calling seven different people with no success, I eventually reached out via email. That’s when Shephard Munjari stepped in — he followed up consistently and made sure I was finally able to redeem it after three days of trying. His dedication and support showed excellent customer service. ✨
