I had a problem with...

I had a problem with my mukuru card for a month now and most of the consultants I spoke to weren't able to help me efficiently but when I was called by the consultant shepherd he was able to help me with my problem and he was efficient and showed care about helping and solving my problem and even called so he can check if my problem was solved afterwards...now I can use my card again and I am thankful for his help
