Horrible service by Mukuru

I sent money to my mother on Friday and since then mukuru has kept the money. They don’t want to pay or refund me. They asked for my documents which o provided everyone. Instead of them assisting me with my query, the y are busy telling me to rate their services. It’s been a bad service from the beginning and till now they keep putting me through to people that can’t assist. No one can give me answers as to where my money is at. I will not recommend anyone to use this service. It’s a shame that a company that deals with people’s had earn money doesn’t know how to do their jobs. My parents have been waiting for money to get meds and basic needs but Mukuru does not care. I have asked for my money to be refunded and account closed but still not. Do not use Mukuru and go through what I have been through.
