Happy ending

First off i want to say i was extremely disappointed when i went to agents to register so i can open my own Mukuru account. I was told that my passport was registered under someone named clever, who I never met in my life. The agent thn dismissed me, some lady thn told me to go to the branches maybe they can assist me better.

I went to the branch in Hillbrow, the agents told me the same story of someone named Clever thn told me to go inside so they can remove clever from my passport. I set for a good hour waiting to be helped but it seems as though they were not sure of how to help. The guy who was helping me thn referred me to a lady named Gugu. She helped me send emails n kept calling people for feedback back until they closed the branch. She advised that she will call me first thing in the morning since it was out of her hand. Following morning she called to say I should come back to the branch, she personally took me to agents so they could give me a card after they had dismissed me. They were able to listen and assist.

I am proud to say i have my very own Mukuru bank card all thanks to Gugu n her effort
