Had been experiencing issues in an attempt to reactivate my account for the past 3 months. Bruce was patient, professional and very illustrative. He took time to assist me with: 1. Reactivating my account 2. suggesting that I download Mukuru Business WhatsApp and update my WhatsApp number to the one registered on this account 3. Gave me a step by step process of depositing money into my account via either the EFT account or creating a code. I am very grateful for the efficient customer service received from Bruce. May he continue to give such excellent service to many customers
