Someone send me money from America via world remitly and I receive SMS that I should go to any brach of mukuru with my I'd,I did only to find out that the sender didn't put my middle name I called mukuru they couldn't help me saying that I should call the person which he did,today again I called mukuru more than 5times to be help they say they can't help me because the sender didn't put - on my surname and I was suppose to be using the money today by 10:00am but I can't because mukuru can help me they say they can edit on world remitly am so seperate my kids dnt have food nothing but mukuru hold money they even give me their card and want to open funeral policy with my frastration HELLO PETER please help me my kids are hungry while 4200.00 is at mukuru am not happy at all and so stressed
