Extremely poor service
Sikhumbuzo Ndlovu reported an incident on the 7th May 2022 at Mukuru Hilbrow branch. While withdrawing fund from Standard Bank ATM and amount of R900-00 was retracted for the ATM machine. He was advised that it will take three months to trace and return the money back to his account. He has since being visiting the branch to date no positive feedback has been received. Account number ***; Contact number ***. It is almost 6 months no funds were paid back into the account.

I refer to above and like to further confirm that the money is still not refunded, He visited the branch again on the 14th of November and still no luck. May you commit to a date when will the refund be done and whether it will be paid with interest. This matter has been in the pipeline for too long now and without you communicating SLA's is really unacceptable.
