Disappointed

<p>My name is Blessing Makuvaza I placed an order with Mukuru to send money to Harare which I paid within less that 5min from the time the order was created. My wife is failing to get the money from Mukuru in Harare because Mukuru in South Africa did not send her an sms. I called Mukuru and to my disbelief I spoke to this horrible man called Gibson his customer service is very poor all could say to me is there is nothing I can do he didn't even want to give me his name after numerous demands for his name and surname. </p> <p>Now my family have no xmas because of this Mukuru .</p> <p>thank you very much for making this xmas for my children </p>
