Complaint Regarding Unreleased Funds – Urgent Funeral Expenses

Dear Mukuru Team,

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding your unwillingness to release funds currently held by your service. These funds are urgently needed for a funeral, and the delay is causing unnecessary distress during an already difficult time.

Despite all my pleadings , the money remains inaccessible. This is unacceptable, especially given the sensitive nature of the situation. Funerals are time-sensitive, and your lack of action is causing significant emotional and logistical strain.

I chose Mukuru because of its reputation for reliability and efficiency, but this experience has been the opposite. Your failure to release the funds promptly is not only inconvenient but also deeply disrespectful to the urgency of my need.

I kindly request that you prioritize this matter and release the funds immediately. Should this issue remain unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further, including filing complaints with regulatory bodies and sharing my experience with others.
