Complain

Mukuru has changed, they have made money with our names, now their sweeping our queries under the carpet. We used to rely on mukuru they pretended to be loyal now their *****ing from us the same pple who supported. Imagine going to collect funds and you are told your voucher doesn't exist. I have called the CC several times only to be told that my profile has no such orders, while I created everything on USSD. I have been to Shoprite where i paid for my orders countless times they tell me I should go to Mukuru. At Mukuru what are they doing they are telling me to go to ShopRite. We in covid and funds are scarce,this is my hard earned 2021 savings which they are reluctantly trying not to help me get back my money. It's so disgusting and frustrating at the same time. I'm not happy at all with them as a financial service provider
