Birthday party prep during working hours at Mukuru Kempton park offices! Disgusting service!

Very bad service had to wait foe hours on end in the interim staff was on their phones and busy putting up birthday party decorations. They asked customers to move around so as to allow them space to decorate the branch during work hours. I am disgusted by their services. I actually recorded the whole thing!
