BEWARE OF MUKURU CARD REVERSALS
Made the mistake of requesting an uber with the mukuru card. Requested twice but both times trips got canceled because drivers had trouble locating me. Now mukuru won't return the money that uber deducted for the authorisation hold! I spoke with one guy today and clarified to him that I am owed money that wasn't reversed back into my card, less the cancelation fee. Instead of rectifying this, I find out that my card has instead been blocked as if I am making all of this up and I'm trying to ***** when all I just want is my money back!!! If anyone reads this who can help, please advise where one can one report companies like these!!
