BAD STAFF ATTITUDES

I hope I find you well. I would like to pass the message about unprofessional staff especially at Roodepoort branch, I stopped using mukuru couple of years because of her bad attitude towards clients. Yesterday I visited the same branch ana still getting the same attitudes. Later given a call centre number to speak to agents and was asked to furnish information about my beneficeries . I never kept records of that and my previous cell number. After 5years can't remember all that. You walkin a branch turned away with all documents like I'd go verification. Why having branch agents that are useless. Please try to make improvements now I must go back to Black market way of sending money.
