BAD SERVICE

I didn’t find joy use Mukuru services firstly the call centre is not professional, I called and an agent answered whilst busy talking to her colleague named Veronica. I heard the conversation of mangoes whilst I was holding waiting for someone to attend to me. I had to drop the call and call again, I was finally attended to but I still didn’t gent the right information. I only out when I went to the branch and the person who sent me money had to cancel the whole transaction and use other service provider. DONT SEND OR RECEIVE MONEY WITH MUKURU!!!! Their service is terrible
