Bad service
I opened an acc with mukuru i was sent money but cant take or use the money because my card is blocked and i was told to send foto documents to eitha email or through whatsapp platform of which i did both several times and i still get the same reply that they are not clear is it possible that mukuru can send a camera man that can shoot clear pictures. I need to use the money as i have a sick child
