Bad service at Mukuru Yeoville

I'm at the Mukuru Yeoville branch I don't know if the owners of this financial institution are aware of the bad service we always get here. I'm here to collect cash but they are saying they don't have cash. Why do you guys open if you don't have cash to give people. Secondly this has happened several times and I believe it's high time they up their game or people will no longer transact with them.
