I feel like the should be a way to reverse amount sent via mpase . special when u have been ****med by a person , but all the business does is to say nothing can be done, as other people from other countries are busy ******** people

Kindly note that Mpesa is a third party collection point and any transactions to the recipient is done by Mpesa as they are the owners of that account, not Mukuru. Any queries regarding the Mpesa account then has to be address with Mpesa .
