Bad card department

Mukuru used to be efficient, now i dont trust leaving my money in the account. For the past months i have been having difficulty in accessing my funds. They will move funds to reserve and you will have to wait for them to reload to access the funds. In December i had the worst experience ever. Lately they have been having unnecessary glitches in the system thus inconviniencing, As i type now my pay came through but i cant access it, i am so tired of logging in complaints every month for the same problem. This is unfair
