4 Digit pin query not yet resolved for 2 months

Requested a 4digit pin request so i can redeem my vouchers on Feb 3 but up until now i am, getting the run around.no one from the wallet department has even bothered to assist with my query.The same reason i no longer use your card services.Your service is slow and pathetic
