Invoice for No service delivery

<p>I got married on 17 December 2011. I enquired at Mukhtar Hiring about a Marquee tent. The lady qouted me +-R1900 to hire a tent. I never did any further enquiries about the tent. I got married at 10h00 the morning and my wedding reception was at my house, and did not require the tent. On arrival at home, after the gardens, I found the the tent was delivered and put up. I never requested for the tent, neither did I sign for this tent. I am now being sued, 5 years later, by Muchtars Hiring for an amount over R8000. They do not have any documentation of me requesting for the tent, neither my signature. This is appauling and how can I pay for a tent, that I did not even use. I even had to call them to take the tent off, and it was only taken of on 03 January 2012. Very bad service</p>
