Hello Peter I had a tracker contract with Mukanhairi Global Solutions (The Tracker) and it was for my everyday business vehicle.On the 23rd of March 2019 they switched of my vehicle without me knowing and I was in Kraaifontein,Cape Town .The car wouldn’t start but just cranking. I went to find a mechanic online and they failed till midnight and they had to tow my vehicle.The following day I had to buy a new fuel pump and I went back from Milnerton.We then called an auto electrician for diagnostics and he couldn’t pick any problem with the car.Later on he then discovered that it was the tracker causing problems.I spent over R5000 in 2 days for the whole problem .I called Mukanhairi Global Solutions (The Tracker)the following day to ask and they refused that they didn’t switch off my vehicle.Later on they called to confirm that they’re the ones who switched off the vehicle because of R200 which was duefor that month.I never skipped any payment before,I was a loyal customer. Imagine if i was on the freeway like N2/R300 dangerous areas,I would have been dead.I did an immediate payment for R250 and requested them to cancel the contract and to remove their tracker because I felt unsafe keeping.The following month the debit order went through again and they refused to remove their device.I stopped the debit order and weeks later I received a mail from them through Accountability claiming that I owe them R3000. The following month they now deducted R400 from my account without my knowledge..meaning they created a new debit order. These are the worst service providers I’ve ever had in my life time..
