Unsafe Baby Equipment

Poor business ethics, ****... we have tried since March 2020 to get help with this car baby chair, the components are made with such bad materials, the IsoFix is broken, the swivel mechanism is broken, for the price of this chair it feels like the biggest ****. I have contacted Dean Hall but nothing has come of it, just **** promises, they selling safety equipment for babies that is not safe, heaven forbid... this is total *******, wish they could come pick this chair up and give a refund, not even interested in repairs.
