Muhelos Dean Hall fails repair

I bought a 3 in 1 travel system form Muhelos who was at the Dischem Baby expo at Grand West, Cape Town in August 2019 for babys arrival in 2020 . I tried to contact Dean Hall about a repair for the prams wheel. He responded and said he would contact the supplier. Dean Hall was kind and seemed helpful but then stopped replying to me. I have send them messages from their website and to his phone. I spend a good amount on the travel system and feel ******. Dischem is my go to shop for baby products and trusted that this company was legit because it was at the expo. It was a waste of money because I need to buy a new travel system instead of just doing a repair.
