********* and Dishonest Service

Consumers or clients such as myself, often enter into agreements with service providers on the basis of professionalism, trust and integrity. However, it is disappointing and frustrating when the company you have engaged with, or person in this case, acts in an ********* or improper manner. My experience with Muhammed Patel better known as MoeP @muhammedbass has been extremely unpleasant. As an unsuspecting client, I enthusiastically engaged his services to redesign and renovate a section of my home. In order to contract a reputable service provider, it was a decision which I had been postponing for some time. Having met with MoeP , and after numerous favourable discussions, I was confident that he was the right person to contract. Considering that he was employed by a few reputable companies in the industry and at present by A-Z Design Boutique @azinteriors . I was encouraged by both his so-called expertise and professional capability. Furthermore, his ’impressive’ social media presence certainly helped to endorse my choice of Architect/Interior Designer. However, this has been the worst decision that I could have ever made! After forwarding an advance payment of over 80% of the sum which was agreed upon , I have had almost a year of absolutely pathetic customer service . After endless attempts to have the work completed by MoeP ,I am left with an incomplete renovation, while the products which have actually been installed are either defective or of an inferior quality to what was agreed upon. Professional services require professional etiquette. My bad experience however has made me aware of the fact that I have been deliberately misled into engaging the unprofessional services of MoeP. Using the outstanding reputation of his previous and current employers, MoeP gave me false and misleading information about his personal ability to fulfil his requirements as a service provider. I am uncertain if his employer is aware of the business which he conducts in his personal capacity, or if this poses any conflict of interest in terms of his employment. However, what I am certainly aware of is the fact that by using his company’s reputation to benefit himself, he certainly has the potential to bring the good standing of any company or employer into disrepute. Other unsuspecting clients can be led to believe that since he is a representation of the company’s public image, his poor work ethic is also an extension of the company as well. This, as I am fully aware of, is far from the truth. For clients who are less informed, however, their negative experiences can have damaging consequences for his employer, past and current. In short, MoeP has acted both *********ly and dishonestly. He has not fulfilled his contractual obligations, nor made any attempt to remedy the situation, and I urge anyone who is contemplating engaging his services, to seriously reconsider
