Andrew Mugwai rentals a bad choice and experience

It was a horrible experience renting from Andrew, the places are falling apart and are not maintained, we could not get any assistance from the land lord but were required to pay competitive market related prices for rental, ie. R6500 excl for a small 2 bedroom that was in disgusting condition.
