Worst service of my life. Mugg and Bean The Glen

I recieved terrible service today at Mugg and bean the Glen. I dont think I've ever experienced such bad service. I was ignored by every waiter when I arrived. I had to flag down a waiter to seat me. That took 7 minutes. Then he handed over a menu and disappeared. Another 20 minutes after flagging down another waiter, and my drinks order was finally taken. After being ignored for another 15 minutes a different waiter came to take my food order. By then I had enough and said I wouldn't be ordering food as I had been there so long. The waiter looked at me said ok and walked away. I then tried in vain to get a waiter to get my bill in order to pay for coffee and an ice tea. I cant believe that I had to beg to be seated , beg for a drink and then beg to get a bill. Maybe it was because I was with my 9 month old baby and they arent baby friendly or maybe it's the colour of my skin as all the white people seated around me had service with a smile and food and drinks before I did even though they were seated after. .... and not a manager in sight...
