Worst Service Ever

Ordered Coffee with cinnamon ***** for four people. Waited about half an hour for the coffee. And when it eventually arrived no cinnamon *****. Waited a further half an hour with waiters and management avoiding the table. I eventually called our waiter asking where the cinnamon ***** are, our coffee was finisbed by that time and we were supposed to have it with the coffee. Waited another half a hour with no cinnamon ***** in sight. Had to call the manager to ask where our order was, told us they are very busy. We eventually got our order after an hour of waiting. Asked for our bill to pay and waited another half an hour for that. Only after getting up again to look for assistance and threatening to leave without paying we got the bill. Will never go back there again. Worst service. They were clearly under staffed, which shows bad planning from the management side as they knew it was a long weekend and had to have extra staff on hand. Will definitely not support that branch again.
