Worst Order Ever!!!!!!

I called Mugg and Bean, Cavendish, Cape Town to place an order for collection. It was past lunch time and I have not had anything for the day. I ordered a toasted Chicken and Mayo sandwich with chips on wholewheat bread. When I received my order I hurried back to work. When I opened the bag which had no serviettes, no sauce sachets, no salt or spice sachets. My bread was not wholewheat bread but normal white bread!!!!. I had to eat my chips without any taste. The meal was costly and my expectation was very high of Mugg and Bean. I expect to enjoy every moment of what they can offer. In this instance I have not had that great experience with their food. It was dry and not enjoyable due not no sauce or salt available. I am truly disappointed in Mugg and Bean, Canvendish, Cape Town
