Worst non-lunch ever

Worst ever! The staff is so noisy and not very attentive and that includes the manager. I ordered a salad and they managed to get 4!!!!! ingredients wrong and even tried to convince me that the strawberry jam they served with it (yes with the salad) is actually balsamic reduction. I sent it back after I pointed out in the menu what the ingredients are supposed to be. My partner's food was served with normal chips instead with sweet potato chips as stated in the menu but he ate it for he was dreading what they might to with it. It took the waitress another 10 minutes to come back to me to let me know they are remaking the salad - Really??? half an hour later I got another bowl of salad and once again - there is the strawberry jam which is now trying to be sold off as cranberry sauce (there were supposed to be real cranberries on the salad).When I called the manageress who was happily joking away and making a noise with the other staff all along (even two other tables next to us complained) she simply blamed 3 other people and that she doesn't know the menu for she is new on the job, but she was aware. Took salad off bill and left hungry. manageress excuse: Dont know menu! Pathetic
