Worst Mugg & Bean service

We recently stopped at Mugg & Bean at the Kruger National Park on our game drive to grab a bite and coffee. However, the waitress whose name is Granny, was extremely unwelcoming to say the least, hostile towards us and very dismissive. She abruptly said “follow me” when she met us at the entrance, took us to our table, walked away, came back to take the order without much of a greeting, rolled her eyes several times when we asked questions about the menu options, got one of the orders wrong, complained to whom I suppose was the manager and asked the manager to bring us our bill instead. Moreover, when we asked the supposed manager what the issue was, she made some irrelevant excuse for her and left the bill on our table. Definitely the worst Mugg & Bean experience that I’ve had. It’s not a #WIN for me. ?♀️
