worst lunch ever

We just went for lunch at your branch in Mall of the North in Polokwane.<br> This was one of the worst meals I have ever had. My boyfriend ordered the steak quesadilla which had maybe the strips of steak on the entire wrap and the salsa was tomato and onion mix out of a tin (over R85). I ordered the steak pretzel (R82). The pretzel was cheap white dough and the steak was completely dry. We complained to the manager on duty yet nothing was done about this... Just a lame excuse that the kitchen made a mistake. We didn't even get a discount on our bill or compensated it some way. I am terribly disappointed with this. I used to be such a huge fan of your franchise but this experience has put me off your franchise. Worst meal :( I am even sick from the lunch now...
