Worst experience and Service at Mugg and Bean Jean Crossing

<p>Went to Mugg and Bean Jean Crossing on 23/10/2016 at 09:15. Upon arrival I sat down outside and most of the tables outside was not occupied. I ordered my red cappuccino after receiving it and ordering my breakfast omelette, I then enjoyed my red capoucino over a time of 15 - 20mins. After 25min waiting for my foodaughter the manager came to my table and told me that my food will be out shortly and that there's 2 big tables inside which is responsible for the delay in the kitchen which is understandable. After I had finished my drink, 3 tables outside who sat down 15min after me had already received their breakfast which I thought was okay at the time maybe mine is on its way, which it was not. 10mins later I asked again where is my food and they told me it will be out shortly which I am already upset because of the fact that 3 tables that sat down and ordered 15min after me, had already received their BIG PLATES OF breakfaSt where I just ordered a simple omelette. The manager just said she was sorry. I asked for the owners number and by no surprise there was no answer. All that the manager can say is sorry. No reason for the bad service no offer to rectify the mistake absolutely nothing. This Mugg and Bean will definitely not see me again. And by no surprise I know the owner won't even bother to contact me with an excuse. </p>
