Worst experience

<p>Had the worst experience at the Mosselbay branch than I've had at any other Mugg & Bean.</p> <p>When we arrived, no one was there to take us to our seats, we stood around and just decided to seat ourselves. The table was very dirty, but at least someone came to clean it very quickly. We ordered bottomless coffee. When I was finished with my coffee, I saw my cup was dirty at the bottom - full of crumbs! I decided to just leave it as I already drank all the coffee. When we wanted to refill the coffee, the coffee was finished and we waited about 10 minutes for them to refill it.</p> <p>I ordered the new Sundried Tomato, Pesto and Mozzarella sandwich. After 20 minutes the waitress informed me that there isn't enough Sundried Tomato to fill my entire sandwich so I had to choose another one. Then only after another 15 minutes we received our food. While we were eating the waitress didn't even ask us if we want anything else.</p> <p>I feel it's ridiculous to wait so long food that you don't even want. This Mugg & Bean will never see me again!</p>
