Worst excuse for a wifi service

The service I get at Mugg and Bean are normally rather average. The coffee (bottomless) is way too strong. I sit at Mugg and Bean to catch up on emails, and I would also like to watch a YouTube video or two and listen to my radio app (TuneIn). I do not believe that is too much to ask. Well, it seems it is too much to ask. I can not watch even a small video on Facebook, much less a YouTube video. My radio app constantly buffers. I cant even send emails at times! I am starting to really be disappointed with Mugg and Bean. Although I mostly use Rustenburgs M&B, I experience this weak wifi in Brooklyn, Menlyn, Secunda as well, whenever I go there.
