Worst breakfast ever

We visited Mugg and Bean canal walk for breakfast on Friday the 29th December 2017. It was the worst breakfast I ever had in my life and to.my dismay I paid for it. Why I did that I don't know but I did and afterwards I realised that because we went out for breakfast we hoped that with each bite it would improve. It was cold and tasteless. Hard eggs and tomatoes when we wanted medium soft eggs. We had stale toasted bread. It was totally a let down and made me.decide that we will never eat there again. Two days later I made.my family a full breakfast which was a 100 times better and tasty for much less than.the R363 we paid Mugg and Bean Canal Walk. We frequent N1 City Mugg and Bean offend and never had a bad experience. Our wait and Canal walk was absent all the time leaving us to go and look for condiments and sugar at his work station. We also noticed other patrons complaining. I should.have sent back the food but we waited so long for it we didn't want to waste any.more time and only let ourselves down by not making that decision.
