worst birthday

I went to mugg and bean today to redeem my slice of cake for my birthday and after how many excuses of why they couldnt do it they eventually said they will give me a slice of cake just to see they practically gave me a slice of bread. this is very frustrating and upsetting as the manager didnt even know how the app works. no one should be given a slice of bread on their birthday
