Worse Service received

<p>I have been on business meetings to mugg and bean for as long as 4 to 5 years. I have been a die hard supporter of mug and bean, Until i went to The Falls branch. The manager is extremely rude and un helpful, We order a specific item from the menu and it was not up to standard, when asked to speak to them manager regadrding this, She insisted that this is what is served in all mugg and bean branches, which is abosultely not true, To add to it, we were expected to pay for something that was returned (due to it not meeting any expectation or standard ) of what is normally served. Safe to say i will never support mugg and bean again. It was an absolutely terrible experience and the mananger clearly doesnt know anything about being professional</p>
