Worse mug and bean ever but great waiter Wayne

The worse place to go is to mug and bean SUNCOAST this place is bad. We went for hot chocolate and cake which turned out terrible. I found paper in my hot chocolate the cake that we ordered was so dry they did not even bother to phone and apologize all they did was send am email honestly if it was not the waiter Wayne i would never go back to this place he is such a humbled human being he knows what needs to be done and how it should be done. This guy should get a promotion or even be a manager he knows how to held customers he is always ready to service you with a smile and he always know how to make things right and wayne should not be in a branch like suncoast he should be somewhere better, its like its colleges that he work with have no respect for him and i have seen it for the pass couple times that we have been there, if wayne is not there i would not want to even go to mug and bean! This guy deserves better. Thank you wayne for the warm welcome that you give us every weekend that we are there
