Worse i've ever encounted

<p>I've just experienced extra charge on coffee which took +15 min to prepare. The extra charge was for cream in a cappuccino and when i queried that the manager or who ever he was admitted that some other places do not charge for cream but yet they do. Well its was a 1st at mug and bean Menlyn park and for sure the last the person who was serving me was Vincent but the service was just bull****! im not coming there anymore they just lost a valuable customer. why charge me for cream??? total ripoff coz i have never been charged for cream ever!</p>
